In this message from the series on Nehemiah, Pastor Jack explores the rebuilding of Jerusalem's gates as a powerful picture of how the Holy Spirit restores authority in the believer's life. Drawing from segments of Nehemiah chapters 5, 6, and 7, he teaches that gates in Scripture symbolize authority and right of access, and shows how the Holy Spirit works to establish complete government in the soul—making believers whole at the mental, emotional, and volitional levels so they can possess the gates of their enemies.
