Intoduction to Ministry Development

Pastor Jack introduces a new series of elders discipleship seminars, teaching on the progression from follower to disciple to minister of Jesus. He explains that leadership in the church begins with learning to rule in four areas: yourself, your home, the church, and ultimately with Christ in His millennial kingdom. Pastor Chuck Shoemake joins him to emphasize that spiritual leadership is measured by the quality and “weightedness” of a man’s character? particularly faithfulness as a “one woman man” not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
