Spiritual language is a resource given to capacitate the Church with Holy Spirit refreshing, insight and prayer power. While all who receive Jesus Christ as Savior have received the indwelling Spirit, Jesus says there is a difference between the indwelling and the overflowing Holy Spirit. This teaching is intended to help clarify that distinction.
