Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery of your order. (For expedited service, please call 1-818-779-5593 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.)

Jack Hayford Ministries Store Policies:

1. Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of the receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.

2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected or the incorrect product), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.

3. Any book that has obvious signs of use, you’ll receive 50% of item’s price.

4. Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.

5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Issued:

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be issued and 7 to 10 business days for it to display on your credit card.
